Summer Fragrance Favorites: Unisex Citrus, Floral Fruity, and Unique Vanilla Lotus

Hello beauties,

This past week, I made several purchases and received an abundance of perfume samples. Though I’m not a perfume expert, I do have a good sense of what I like and what I don’t. If you’re considering purchasing any of these or are simply curious about their scents, I’ll do my best to explain in simple terms what they smell like and which ones are my favorites. I ask for your patience as I embark on this new experience of discussing perfumes, and together, let’s see how it goes.

Moschino Toy 2 Pearl

With its blend of lemon, oregano, sandalwood, freesia, musk, hydroponic jasmine, vetiver, and cypress, Toy 2 Pearl sets itself apart from the original Toy fragrance. As a fan of the first Toy, I can confidently say that Toy 2 Pearl offers a refreshing citrus scent that lingers for hours on the skin and clothes. If you appreciate long-lasting lemony fragrances, this is the one for you. The saleswoman was right about it being unisex – it’s now one of my absolute favorites.

Gucci Flora Gorgeous Jasmine

Gorgeous Jasmine, the latest addition to the Flora family by Gucci, follows in the footsteps of Gorgeous Gardenia. With its enticing blend of Grandiflorum Jasmine, magnolia accord, and mandarin essence, Gorgeous Jasmine captured my attention unlike its predecessor. Its refreshing and distinctive aroma instantly evokes memories of a perfume my mother once wore, although the name eludes me. I find myself reaching for the sample again and again, and I am seriously considering purchasing the full-size bottle.

Coach Love

With its floral fruity fragrance featuring wild strawberry, accentuated by a velvety rose, and warm cedarwood, Love stands out as my absolute favorite among these samples. Its fruity notes strike the perfect balance, making it ideal for the summer season. I’ve received numerous compliments while wearing it, and its attractive price has earned it a well-deserved place in my shopping cart.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Wild

Marc Jacob’s Daisy fragrance is globally renowned, and the latest addition, Daisy Wild, offers a unique twist. Featuring jasmine, vetiver, and tantalizing notes of banana blossom, it sets itself apart from the original Daisy. Despite my initial curiosity about the banana blossom note, the fragrance, while undeniably good and potent, doesn’t quite align with my personal preferences. In my view, the original Daisy remains my favorite choice. On a side note, I have to say that a few minutes, the Daisy Wild changes some notes and it becomes better for me.

Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy

Sweet like Candy, as the name suggests, is a delightful scent. Although I was initially hesitant, I found it to be quite enjoyable. If you have a penchant for sweet fragrances, this perfume is unequivocally for you. Typically, scents from celebrities lack staying power, but this one was a pleasant surprise. It lingers for hours on end. While I wouldn’t use it every day due to its sweetness, I would definitely reach for it from time to time. Exceptional product and a big surprise.

Scalpers Her & The Wild Flower

I’m going to be completely honest and say that I’m not familiar with this brand; it’s completely new to me. Regrettably, this perfume doesn’t suit my preferences as it contains an excessive amount of alcohol, and the lingering scent doesn’t align with my taste. It’s not a bad fragrance, but it simply doesn’t resonate with me.

Prada Paradoxe Intense

I adore Prada Paradoxe, and it has always been one of my favorite fragrances. Naturally, I had high expectations for Paradoxe Intense. However, it didn’t meet my expectations. Although my mother complimented the scent, it simply isn’t to my liking. The undertones don’t resonate with me as they do in the original Paradoxe. It’s remarkable how different the Intense version is from the standard one. My recommendation is to stick with the original Paradoxe, which I consider to be almost perfect in every way.

Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle Paradise

I received a sample of this perfume last month and I absolutely loved it. I used it all within three days because it’s just that good. The combination of blue flower lotus and vanilla makes it a superior version of one of my favorites, Zadig and Voltaire This is Her! What sets it apart is its strength and long-lasting scent. Whenever I wear this perfume, I always receive numerous compliments. I can’t wait for the sales so I can purchase it. I advice this perfume to everyone and the perfect summer perfume.
