Too Cool for School FIRMING EGG CREAM MASK

Hello beauties,

When it comes to masks I confess that I am a fan of Asian brands. In my understanding, these brands put in the first place the use of natural ingredients that besides being a source of nutrients are also (and as the name implies) natural! My grandmother always taught me that everything that is natural is good!

Anyway, one of the brands that always amazed me is the Too Cool For School. This brand has lots of natural skincare products and the masks have never disappointed me. I already told you here on the blog about two Egg Cream masks, the Hydration (here) and the Pore Tightening (here).

Honestly, I’m a fan of the three masks. The Pore Tightening is great for pores and oil control, I feel a difference when I use it, the disadvantages are that it makes the skin a bit sticky (including the next day, which is a bummer) and the scent (really bad). I confess that the Hydrating mask is my favorite, I love the scent (just wonderful) and on how it leaves the skin, I can’t find a single defect in this mask.

But today we are here to talk about the Firming mask! The Firming and Nourishing Ultra-fine Microfiber Mask contains Wrinkle Improvement properties because of its highly concentrated egg yolk extract (1,000ppm) and enriched collagen deliver deep nourishment to sagging skin to increase elasticity and firmness.

It contains:

  • Egg Yolk Extract: Multiple nutrients in egg yolk extract deliver rich and balanced nourishment to your skin.
  • Shea Butter: Creamy and rich Shea Butter delivers deep hydration to dull and dry skin.
  • Collagen: Collagen increases elasticity and plumps your skin with essential nutrition.

How to use it:

  1. Freshen your skin with toner after washing your face.
  2. Open pouch and separate the mask sheet from the support sheet and place it on your face.
  3. Leave the mask sheet on the face for 10-20 minutes and remove the sheet.
  4. Gently tap your face to let the remaining contents to be absorbed into your skin.

I’m always amazed at how much product these masks brings, it’s literally enough for all my body. I apply the remaining product in my hands/arms, decolleté and I still had enough for my legs. Amazing!

I also like how the three masks are fresh, comfortable and easy to use. This one is so comfortable that I left it more than 20 minutes and I use it while I was cleaning my closet without worrying that it may fall because it was very secured.

Like I said my favorite is the hydrating but this one is pretty close. I really liked how it left my skin glowing, plumping and hydrated without that oily feeling that some masks do.

The scent is not as good as the hydrating mask but not so bad as the pore tightening. In the end, I enjoyed the scent, it’s a pleasant scent but not too strong.

The excess of the mask was quickly absorbed by the skin and at the end, I felt the skin a bit sticky (but not as much as I feel in the pore tightening mask), but this feeling disappeared after a few hours, and then I just felt the skin super plumped and nourished!

I will definitely go to use another firming mask because I really enjoyed it! This brand is available at Sephora’s physical stores, as well as Sephora online and at stores that sell Kbeauty products.

Have you tried any of the Egg Cream Masks? Let me know in the comments which one is your favorite.
