Pixi Beauty Peel & Polish REVIEW

Hello beauties,

If you follow us for a while you know that we are big fans of the brand Pixi beauty, and we are such lucky girls because from time to time we receive some products from them.

Although we receive free products, the reviews that we do are because we want to share with you our thoughts and what we like or don’t like when it comes to beauty products.

Saying that, today I want to share with you a product that I have been using for a while now, and like the title says is the Pixi Peel and Polish.

The Pixi Peel and Polish it’s an enzyme peel made by natural fruit enzymes with the function of exfoliating the skin to reveal healthier skin, more radiant, smooth, softer, dullness and brighter.

The main ingredients of the Pixi Peel & Polish are:

  • Lactic acid that exfoliates the skin, cleaning it deeply;
  • Papaya fruit extract to enhance the skin improving the texture;
  • Sugar cane extract to enhance the natural glow of the skin.

It’s also a  non-paraben product that is also not tested on animals.

The mode of application is super simple you just need a clean and dry face/neck (don´t forget the neck, please)

  1. Apply in a dry face and neck;
  2. Leave for 2 minutes;
  3. Rinse off;
  4. Pat dry.

You can repeat these steps 2-3 times per week in the AM or PM. If you want a deeper cleanse, you just need use your fingers and massage the product in circular motions to exfoliate.

Oh and don’t forget, as usual, to avoid the eye area.

My thoughts…

I never used a cleansing machine to help me clean my face (but I want to try one), but I believe for what I hear that I have the same sensation of a super hyper mega clean skin with the Pixi Peel & Polish. What I pretend to say, is that each time I use it, I feel my skin so clean!!

I feel that comes from the inside of the pores and underneath the skin. And it’s an awesome sensation. The deep clean I do just once a week because it’s a harsh exfoliator. It’s not a gente product, but I think sensitive skin can use it, just be careful with the strength.  If your skin doesn’t handle the physic exfoliation you can try the chemical exfoliation (if you don’t understand the differences between each one, you can read it here).

I also love the results. alooking into the mirror I can see a brighter and even skin and when I touch the skin I feel it so soft.

Like I said, you can use it AM or PM but honestly, I prefer at PM because this guarantees a 100% clean face to go to bed. My favorite time to do apply is on friday nights. Feels like I’m taking off all the stress and dirt of the week, and welcoming the weekend with a fresh face.

Have you tried this product? What is your favorite Pixi product? oh, and what is your Friday night routine? Do you usually do something diferente like me?
