Pixi by Petra Endless Silky Eye Pen REVIEW

Hello beauties,

They say that as a rule the best is for the end, and because of that today we are going to talk to you about the latest PR product we received for the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Pixi beauty: the Endless Silky Eye Pen.

This product is not yet on sale in Portugal and it is with great regret that I say this, since I would like to buy and try more colors of this pencil.

‘Best liner ever, the press agrees – we just keep winning awards for this one!’

I tried the color Black Noir but you can choose between 21 different colors. The black noir like the name says is a black matte color.

The packaging is very simple but I like the fact that each pen has the color on it, very explicit! The color of the ‘tube’ is the color of the eye pencil. It sounds simple, but many brands don’t do this, and when we are in a rush (or still sleeping in the morning) this makes it a lot easier. Imagine what I am saying as markers of children where we look and see what color is immediate.

I like how it glides on so smoothly (with zero tuggings) and then stays in place when set, for reasonable hours unless you rub it, like any eye pencil it will smudge a little. I have very sensitive eyes and this pencil doesn’t bother them at all. It has enough playtime before it set that I can smoke them out, or if I make a mistake I can wipe it away.

My favorite way to use it is on the waterline (marvelous! it provides a clean water line without creating any sensibility on the eyes or ‘panda eyes’), as an eyeshadow (it will help a lot if used before an actual dark eyeshadow, providing a really deep color to a smokey eye), or simply as an eyeliner.

It can be a little difficult to apply alone as an eyeliner because it glides too easily that makes it hard if you shake just a little, but nothing that a little patience and training don’t solve. Or if you are like me, just use a brush on top and smudge it a little.

Each pencil costs $12. I read a lot of comments saying that it is a little pricey for a drugstore brand but I really think it’s worth every coin. You will not find a better pencil for less than this price and there are other brands (more expensive) pencils that don’t have the quality that this has.

Let me finish by saying that I don’t win anything by saying this. This is not an ad, sponsored and does not contain any affiliate link.
